Restrictions
While we welcome regular bookings for various creative projects, please note that we do not offer our premises for services such as hairdressing, beauty or aesthetics. We also cannot facilitate training courses in hair, beauty and aesthetics. If you have any questions or uncertainties about the suitability of our premises for your intended use, we're always here for a friendly chat to help you explore your options.

Charges
Express session (2 hours) - £30
Half day session (3.5 hours morning, afternoon or evening) - £40
Full day session (8 hours) - £75
Each additional hour - £15
Concessionary rates available for regular bookings.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Remaining balance will be due 7 days before date. Failure to pay balance will result in loss of booking fee and cancellation of booking.
Refreshments
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cordial will be provided in the kitchen for your use.
The Snack Bar (01978 353001) is located 80 yards away and can provide hot and cold food and drinks should you require, at your own cost.
Conditions of hire
Hirers must leave the premises in a tidy and satisfactory condition.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the building or on the premises.
Head Office Academy may only be accessed at the booked time and must be vacated promptly after your session.

Head Office Academy holds insurance for normal risk, as set out in our risk assessment. Hirers should secure their own insurance coverage for anything that falls outside of these limits. Risk Assessment available on request. The use of Head Office Academy is at the hirer's own risk. Head Office Academy will not be held responsible for injury or loss resulting from any activity carried out by the hirer or attendees.
It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that a register is taken of all attendees. Fire safety procedures should be understood and followed, including knowing the locations of fire alarms, emergency exits and congregation points. Attendees must be informed of these procedures by the hirer. Gangways and exit doors must remain unblocked.
Illegal or offensive use of the premises is strictly prohibited. The hirer must prioritise public safety, preventing disorderly behavior, overcrowding, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Responsibility for any damage or breakage during the hire period rests with the hirer, who will be held accountable for the entire cost of repairs. Personal belongings must be safeguarded by the hirer, as Head Office Academy assumes no liability for theft or loss of items brought onto the premises.
